ECO has traded on the Vienna Stock Exchange from 2005 and was listed in the Prime Market Segment from February 2007 till 21 March 2011. Since 21. Macht 2011 the company is listed in the Standard Market Auction.

The ECO share is also included in Vienna’s Property ATX index. The company supports and complies with the Austrian Corporate Governance Code. According to the Feri Transparency Rating, ECO is one of the most transparent property corporations in Austria.
