In accordance with sec. 262 para. 20 of the Austrian Stock Corporation Act (AktG) in its current version, we hereby inform our shareholders that until further notice the Company currently does not accept deposit confirmations via an international, highly secure communications network of financial institutions (SWIFT). Therefore the confirmations may only be submitted per post to ECO Business-Immobilien AG, Austria, 1090 Vienna, Alserbachstraße 32, or per fax to +43 (0)1 521 45 – 111.
